This is part of a series I created inspired by movements such as MeToo, and partly in response to the proposed Heartbeat Bill in Texas. The images below showcase a zine mockup based upon 'my body, my choice'. The idea behind this concept was that it would act as an activism resistance pack. I chose to stick to a simple colour scheme of yellow and pink to play on the societal gender norms of typically 'female' colours whilst juxtaposing this with thick black text in order to represent strength and boldness- less typically 'feminine' traits.
